About the Author

I loved it! Jason does an excellent job correlating who we are in Christ with physical workout principles. His personal examples of faith and fitness are inspiring and draw on the scriptural passages that teach us how to be the best versions of ourselves for God to use. It was a great read and lays the foundation of several workout plans that can be used to achieve personal fitness goals that focus on God's plan for us and not the world's view of the perfect body. I would highly recommend this book to anyone searching for an empowering read that highlights God's promises in scripture and while striving to meet God's calling in our lives!

Workout To Reach Out is the Bible version for fitness. There is life on every page, victories and success for everyone who not only reads this power packed tool, but believes in their heart that God has a wonderful plan for them and it includes building and conditioning physically and spiritually. Jason is passionate about his faith in God and is committed to helping one obtain a triumphant outcome and result. Having the best of both (Jason's hands on training and this book) is a better choice and a more beneficial opportunity; however, the book IS an expression of the author and you will have success. A win-win!

More than another fitness book! This book has the potential to change your life! In-depth comparison between fitness and our walk with God. Solid workout tips, spiritual tips, and keeps you engaged. A much needed book to help strengthen the body of Christ!
