I enjoy recipe books with great recipes, and especially when they leave the outcome to me. I read a recipe and run it through my heart and mind, using my feelings to imagine the recipe and how it should look and taste when finished. I highly recommend this enjoyable book.
The recipes are great...there are NO photos. The finished product is what I would love to see illustrated.
