The writing is a little stilted, like maybe English isn't the author's native language. But it's still an enjoyable read and a clean romance. I recommend it.

I didn't finish this book, instead I skimmed to the end. As with most authors, at times the book was very well written and at times it wasn't. When the author showed the story rather than told the story, (which happened a lot) it was interesting, but the rest of the time, I just couldn't get into it. The author has a lot of potential though and I encourage this person to keep improving, after all, we're all works in progress.

I enjoyed the characters and the story. I never thought I would say this but I almost think the author goes into too much detail at times. Some of the text is useless information and was boring me. I also think the dialogue droned on at times and made the conversation a bit unrealistic. Even with these comments, I would still recommend it.

This story starts out in the beautiful city of Montreal,Quebec and then moves on to the incredible Caribbean. The main character Kristy is lovely but unaffected, likeable, and easy to identify with. David is not only good-looking but also possesses good character traits.I always enjoy a story where the two main characters don't fall in love with each other immediately and this one delivers just that. There are plenty of misconceptions and obstacles in their path to love. We get to have a glimpse of what it's like in the Bahamas. The descriptions of scenery are vivid and the food sounds so delicious you could almost taste it! This book is a light-hearted enjoyable read for anyone!
