Omg this was like nothing i have ever read from this author before, I laughed, cried and laughed even more. The story was full of feel good moments over and over again. I was so captured by the writing and the story I couldn't stop, except when I needed sleep for work. The characters are just wow, the bond they all have is a once in a life time bond. I couldn't get over how close everyone was, I was amazed that it stayed that way pretty much the whole story. Molly and Noah are this super amazing and super hott couple that are thrown for a loop from right to wrong to right again. The love that flows on the pages with them is explosive and hott. The fighting attraction between Molly and Noah helps you keep turning the pages more and more then before you know it your at the end and crying because of the choices Molly is making (not great choices in my book). By the end of the story your in amazement of what happened and the events that lead up to the end was a whirlwind that your more ready for the story to be over. I know I wasn't I want more once the last page was read I have so many unanswered questions about a lot of things. Not use to read a steamy and hott story from this author I was totally and completely blown away from just it being different. The story line is wow, the characters even better, this story is a MUST READ from cover to cover no stopping. ***I received this ARC for free in exchange for my honest thoughts***

What is Molly's worse fear? The extreme case of writers block or opening herself to love? T.K. Leigh's newest book had me laughing as Molly fought her way through her writers block and...other issues While took me a few chapters to be captivated, thank you outside world. This story was one that I will definitely go back and read time after time. We all have struggled through love, family, and questioning if what we are doing in life is right. It was beautifully written and highly entertaining.

Going into this book I never thought a character who was a romance writer would be so emotional and heartfelt. Molly was a writer of romance but the sexy, no feelings type. Until her last book she really didn't have a problem with it. After all she always lived by real love is not real life. Her latest book was giving her a problem, writers block. She couldn't find her muse with this one. Something was missing. Then she meets Noah, her father's neurologist. Suddenly she is filled with inspiration. Being with Noah her writing starts to change. She no longer wants to write about the no feelings romantic story but now one filled with heart. And dare I say love. But she doesn't believe this could actually be her. She hides her true feelings in her characters. Maybe no one will notice. After all nothing lasts. Love doesn't last. Her mom left them all, Drew's ex left too. Wouldn't it happen to her? But Noah showed her that love did indeed exist and they could be happy together. Falling in love, the wall you build around your heart to protect it crumbling down is such an emotional feeling. I love the way T K Leigh gradually allowed Molly to come to terms with this. It was a believable and heartwarming way for Molly to realize that love does indeed exist and she and Noah have found it in each other.

If I could give this more then 5 stars I would. Phenomenal.. Writing Mr. Right- release date June 26, 17 This book brought tears to my eyes, made me laugh like no other. A moving book to be assured. It just flowed and unfolded into the most beautiful love story between a women, Molly Brinks who had found her Mr. Right a man who was dedicated to finding a cure to a disease which touched her father as well as his. Noah McAllister may have been her muse but he was so much more. They shared a bond. See what happens between them it's truly amazing...

A funny but emotional story!! I love the concept that T.K. brings us in this book, a woman named Molly writing under a pen name who has lost her writing mojo. Suffering from writer's block, she resorts to her tried and true formula of hooking up with a guy who fits the mold of the leading man in her current work in progress. Burned out on writing the "sexy, sweet & sinful" stories her publisher demands from her because that is what sells, she longs to stretch her writing chops and tell a story with substance. T.K. always does a great job of writing complex, in depth characters. Molly is a hoot. She's a "twenty nine plus one" year old woman with a mouth that has no filter, which made for a ton of laugh out loud moments in this book. She has a very skewed view of love, having always believed that "real love isn't real life" after her mother abandons her family when she's four. So her concept of only using guys for sex and to be her current book muse has worked perfectly for her all these years. In the concept of art imitating life, Molly starts feeling a forbidden attraction to her father's doctor, Noah McAllister. What can I say about Noah other than he is swoon worthy!! Holy wow, he can examine me any time! This story has some of everything. Yes, there's laughter and good times with her family, but there's also some pretty heavy times when dealing with her father's illness, and her lifelong issue of her mother's abandonment. Family plays a major role in Molly's life, and her brother Drew, best friend Brooklyn and her Aunt Gigi were an amazing support team to her. I really enjoyed seeing the relationship between Molly and Noah grow, but oftentimes Molly frustrated the tar out of me with the decisions she made and the immaturity she displayed even though she's thirty years old. I could totally understand how her behavior stemmed from events in her childhood, for the most part, but her constant running from Noah became too repetitive for me, hence the frustration. I've read all of T.K.'s books and this one was a nice change of pace from the romantic suspense she has so masterfully crafted. I have loved all of her books and this is no exception. It was nice to see her move in a different direction and I know that people are going to absolutely enjoy this story. And I can't wait to see what T.K. has in store for Molly's brother Drew and best friend Brooklyn. That book has me super intrigued!

Writing Mr. Right is a beautifully written romantic comedy by T.K. Leigh. I'm going to start off by saying that this book blows 5 stars right out of the water. When you hear rom com you immediately think, okay this book will be light and funny. Writing Mr. Right was that, but so much more. I laughed to the point of tears, but I also cried some ugly tears a few times. This book beautifully handles topics that are hard and emotional yet it remains a rom com. I love books with strong families and friends that make you really think and ponder what you'd do in the same situation. No spoilers or need to give you a synopsis of this story here, you can read that for yourself, just high praises for an amazing book!

T.K. Leigh is one of my favorite authors. I have read everything she has written so I was excited for Writing Mr. Right. This book had lots of things; dealing with Alzheimer's, avoiding love, family bonding, and growing up. Throughout this book, I had a slightly difficult time understanding the heroine because she was a thirty year old woman who refused to say thirty. She was twenty-nine plus one. Haha But, she had issues to deal with. This story slowly showed her dealing with those issues while tearing the heart out of readers at times. There are laugh out loud moments mainly due to her having zero filter on her mouth. The hero was one that any woman would fall for and he was very lovable. All in all, this is a sweet, funny, laugh out loud, cry at times romance that is worth the read

WOW.... I was given an advanced readers copy for an honest review and all I can say is wow. This book deserves so much more than 5 stars. When I heard TK was writing a comedy I wasn't sure how good this was going to be. Lets face it she has drama down to a t but a comedy that is another story. I could not put this book down. This is a story about Molly who has a very definitive view on love and everything that goes with it. She writes love, sex and happily ever afters but that is not what she wants and she doesn't believe in it. Then she meets Dr. Noah her fathers doctor and she begins to realize that what she thought might not be true. Noah doesn't let her go so easy and he battles his own feelings. You will laugh and definitely cry with this book and want to shake Molly at times but you will be rooting for these 2 until the very end. This is definitely a must read and I can't wait for the next book to come out. TK you out did yourself I loved it.

Writing Mr. Right is supposed to be a romantic comedy. It certainly is funny. I never knew what outrageous thing Molly was going to say. Molly and Noah's story is much more that. At times it was so poignantly sad. Molly is a romance writer that doesn't believe in love. It's a slow painful journey that turns her world upside down , but it's such an incredible journey. This book has so many feels that it made me who never cries to cry. This book is worth every one of its five stars! ****I voluntarily received an Advanced Readers Copy of this book for my honest review.****
