Naomi Soledad Leon Outlaw has had a lot to contend with in her young life, her name for a start. Great book!! This author is the author of Esperanza Rising, one of my all time favorites. If anyone is wanting to read Esperenza Rising I would post the first chapter on Esperenza Rising res 1. I need 3 reviews to type the whole book. I probably wont do it bcause of the copyright laws. But I telling you it is great!! No wonder how it won a spanish award. This book is spanish in coulture. The accent is great in the book. So tha leads that the author is SPANISH. This is what the main quote of the book. RICHES TP RAGS. Thank you for reading!!
WE thought it had a lot of good things to talk about. We tried radishes and some thought they were good! We kept wanting to read more because it was soooooo good! We liked Naomi's lists and how she would be thinking. We thought the soap carving was really neat! Everyone loved the book and is our favorite book forever! Pam Munoz Ryan is the best author ever!
