About the Author

Clare began her yoga journey at age 11 when one of her calisthenics teachers incorporated yoga postures, such as Shoulderstand, into her weekly physical fitness classes. With over 35 years of fitness, health, and beauty experience, she earned her yoga teaching certification in 2015 and has been teaching ever since. In addition to yoga, Clare has training in running, weightlifting, Kung-Fu, Aikido, and archery.
