About the Author

Luisa is an Indonesian yoga teacher who lives in Bali. She has been practicing yoga over more than 13 years. Luisa began her yoga when she was 18 years old, and traveled to different countries to share yoga.

Having studied the yoga philosophy of Geranda Samhita, the Sutra Patanjali Sanskrit in an ashram with Guruji from India, she brings a dimension many other instructors in Bali do not.
She is well versed in mudras, meditation, asanas and pranayamas of yoga and their benefits.

Luisa is an active member of the yoga community in Bali at the Bali-India Foundation. She is certified yoga teacher for more than 400 hours; being awarded the honors of best female student in the Yoga Institute of Bali India Foundation.
Luisa Turnip also holds an International Fitness Coaching License Level 1 from German Institute (GBR), Fitness Institute with Diet and Nutrition.
