About the Author

Mandy Ingber is a fitness and wellness expert, speaker, producer, instructor, and author of the New York Times best-selling book Yogalosophy. This is an amazing mind and body wellness tool! Mandy Ingber is my new favorite fitness and wellness expert. She comes across very relatable (with a back story that makes her seem "human" like the rest of us, versus just another fitness instructor/author), not to mention her style is pretty laid-back and inviting. Her philosophy isn't anything too radical, but it's her personality and way of presenting things that make her plan so enjoyable and easy to follow. I highly recommend this book (and her DVD, which I also follow even though the yoga routine is described in the book).

This book is very informative both food information and instructional. I am a diabetic looking for a way to move more. When ordering the book I did not know it would have such great information on foods to help achieve my goals.

Going to do the "8 Yoga Postures to Lose Belly Fat" by Suchi Gupta (it's free) first; too out of shape to start with this routine. Suchi's book also shows and explains the Sun Salutation sequence - will start with this til I feel comfortable that I come back to the strenuous routine and complete it. Have been ill for awhile; guess lost more body tone and stamina than I thought. Rhiannion
