★¸¸.•*¨*•★Minor spoilers alert★•*¨*•.¸¸★ I’m still such a huge fan of this contemporary family series. Clara and Blake’s love story now ranks as one of my top favorites in the Bennett Family series. Their close physical proximity as neighbors bumped up their fall into lust and love quite delightfully. And I really loved some of the smaller swoon-worthy things Blake did like buying Clara her dream bookcase as a housewarming present when she moved into his vacant and neighboring apartment. Basically, this 7th installment had all the elements I’ve come to expect – humor, lots of sexy moments, Bennett family togetherness time and an interesting snag for the two protagonists to overcome. I’m so excited to see that it will also be available in audiobook format next month on the 7th of November. As an audiobook junkie, a complete series re-read via audiobook – once I have them all collected in that format – is looking like a definite must for me. Up next in the series is Your One True Love about Daniel (Blake’s twin brother) and his second chance romance with his college sweetheart Caroline.

Clara is drawn to Blake, but she doesn't want to do anything to jeopardize her relationship with the Bennett Family as a whole. They've "adopted" her, and they are the only family she has. Prior to them, she's lived a life of rejection. Blake has really matured through this series. I liked this Blake and who he's become now. He's more intense than I expected, and he sure knew how to turn on the steam. Clara didn't have a chance. Their friendship turned romance was delightfully addictive. Your Fierce Love by Layla Hagen was kindly provided to me by the author for review. The opinions are my own.

Favorite Quotes: Sweet baby Jesus on a unicorn. What am I supposed to do with this? I feel like I should be mad at you for being sneaky… I can’t… I happen to abide by the rule that sneakiness is allowed for a good cause. You have that post-hanky-panky glow that only comes from excellent hanky-panky. Glow? I’m so far past glowing, I’m practically a neon sign. There is no right moment. Just right now. My Review: I enjoyed this delightful and charming friends to lovers story from start to finish. I have unfailingly cherished each and every one of Layla Hagen’s beguiling stories as well as her adorable and endearing characters. Her writing guarantee a pleasant and entertaining read and Your Fierce Love upped the ante by also providing a winsome, well matched, clever, and fun-loving couple with minimal conflict or angst. I loved their clever and feisty bantering and quick-witted teasing. This series just continues to get better and better with each sweet and atomically steamy installment.

“She beckons to me on a visceral level, her sweetness and passion pulling me in like a magnet. I will make this woman mine.” Boy oh boy! I don’t know about you guys, but when I hear that there is a new Bennett Family book coming out, I can’t help but be just positively giddy about it. I am addicted the strength and love of the Bennett Family and honestly can not get enough of them! Your Fierce Love is the 7th book in this series, but can be read as a stand alone novel. Your Fierce Love follows the story of Blake and Clara. Ever since Clara was little, she always wanted a place of her own. Growing up in group home after group home made her lonelier than ever, but hopeful that love and real family do exist. Meeting the Bennett Family was the best thing that ever happened to her. They welcomed her into their clan and treated them as one of their own. So, naturally when Clara needs a place to live, Blake doesn’t even think twice about letting her stay in the apartment next door to him. Clara is off limits in more ways than one, but Blake can’t help the pull he feels towards her. She’s sassy, sweet and all kinds of sexy and before long Blake will be desperate to make Clara his. Will Clara be able to resist the man that she wants more than her next breath? There’s only one way to find out… I have to say I just loved this book. I am a sucker for friends to lovers romance and boy could I not get enough of this one. The moment Clara and Blake are around one another, the sparks just fly. And with two meddling sisters, Blake didn’t stand a chance. They may have given the push, but Blake is a man that knows what he wants and isn’t afraid to go after it. I loved the chemistry and push between Clara and Blake and could not wait to see how their story would unfold. Your Fierce Love was everything that I wanted and then some. I loved the characters, the story-line and the setting. This book made me swoon and gave me all the feels. Your Fierce Love is a wonderful addition to the Bennett Family Series and I can not wait to see what this author has lined up for us next.

I'm not sure if I'm getting jaded by alpha males and all the sex they have or if I'm just reading too many that they all sort of blend together. I'm unsure. I've read all the books in this series and I'm getting sort of bored with the sex scenes. Don't get me wrong, they're good. I just find that there are way too many; like one in every chapter. I get that the relationships are new and as in most new relationships you want to bone all the time. Been there; done that. But I really want to get deeper into their connection. Some have felt rushed and sometimes forced. Ya know? Anyhow. Despite my objection to all the sex, I did love Clara and Blake. I understood Clara's personality all too well. And Blake was a great match for her. I'm glad that things worked out for them both. But I'm really excited to see about Daniel and Caroline. I really love second-chance romances. Hopefully the sex scenes will still be hot, but hopefully limited or more fade-to-black for some? Just an idea. *an arc was provided in exchange for an honest review*

I voluntarily reviewed a complementary copy from the author with no obligation. This story is about the seventh Bennett to find their other half. This time, it was Blake Bennett's turn. Blake used to be one of the party twins until he settled down and became a successful business owner in his own right. Clara was Nate's assistant before he moved overseas for his job. Clara became an adopted Bennett, so when she hit a spot of bother in her living arrangements, Blake came to her rescue. I just love this family so much. I love how close they all are, how supportive and caring they are. With every book released, I realize we are running out of Bennetts, so I dread the day the last sibling has found their match. Can't wait to see which one is to be next, though.

Clara is a beautiful soul. As a kid, she lost her parents in an accident and ended up in the foster care system just wanting someone to love her. When she is introduced to the Bennett’s through Nate, she is immediately embraced and made an honorary Bennett. When she suddenly needs a place to stay, Blake steps in with the perfect solution to use the second apartment above his bar. Clara is nervous about being Blake’s neighbor, she has always been attracted to him but doesn’t want to jeopardize her relationship with the whole family. Blake has been the bad boy in the past but he has built a great restaurant business with Alice and is really a true gentleman. He is more than happy to offer up the extra apartment in his building for Clara. Now that she is his neighbor, he really applies the charm but what I truly enjoyed is his overwhelming desire to do nice things for Clara. She had lost so much and is a true fighter as she coped with her loss and has built a life for herself but she has lacked anyone just doing things to be nice. These two have a slow burn to their relationship. Clara isn’t a push over and Blake has learned to be cautious. There is a lot of fun with their interactions along with a lot of heat and steam, he is very Alpha in the bedroom. Their romance just made me happy and I enjoyed every moment of the ride.
