What an awesome, book, i Totally love it. I think the writer deserves a award for writing so decently on such very important topic Leadership. I have learned more leadership skills through this book and I 100% confirm this learning will really help me in doing my career effectively. I'm sure we can all relate to having a manager who could use a course or two in good, effective leadership. This book does a good job of explaining the principles clearly and thoroughly and how to put them to good use. I recommend it!
