I LOVED this book. Arabella and Charlie are real, engaging characters with flaws vulnerabilities that make you fall in love with both of them. Arabella has been in love with Charlie since she was a kid, but he never noticed her. Now that she is all grown up, she puts is on her summer bucket list. They share a kiss and she takes off. He can't get the girl out of his head. Suddenly, their lives become intertwined in more ways than one.
You're Still the One is fun, flirty and entertaining with a sweet, sexy romance that leaves you with a satisfying ending after a sweet, slow burning build up.
I received this copy from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Liked this book and it was a fast easy read...Characters and story line were good and although it was a bit of a stretch to believe Ella could be so naive, she and Charlie were an excellent match... Touring buses usually are one per band but this one must be a caravan since whole families are traveling with them... But, aside for that, it was a fun read and romantic enough, story enough and fun enough to make the pages turn easily. Enjoyyed IUt!!!!

A sweet and sexy contemporary romance set against a country music industry backdrop
"Baby girl, you destroy me," he whispered against her lips. "You have to tell me if you don't want this because I'm holding on by a thread."
"Then let go," she whispered in reply.
YOU'RE STILL THE ONE by Rachel Harris is a sweet and sexy contemporary romance. It is the first book in the author's new Country Blues series. It is the story of Nashville's bad boy Charles Tucker and Nashville's princess Arabella Stone. If you have read the third book in Rachel's Love and Games series, ACCIDENTALLY MARRIED ON PURPOSE, you will recognize some of the supporting cast in YOU'RE STILL THE ONE. ACCIDENTALLY MARRIED ON PURPOSE featured Tyler & Sherry Blue's story. Tyler is another country music superstar, Charles Tucker's best friend, and the co-founder with Charles of their band. Tyler and Sherry Blue both appear in YOU'RE STILL THE ONE. No worries if you haven't read it. It is not necessary to have read ACCIDENTALLY MARRIED ON PURPOSE to fully enjoy YOU'RE STILL THE ONE.
As the story opens, we find that Arabella has a bucket list and Charles is on it. We also discover that Charles has starred in Arabella's dreams since she was fourteen. Now she's twenty-two and wants Charles to notice her as a woman and not as a child. She also wants to be successful on her own; and not because she's her Daddy's girl. To that end, she has secured an internship in the music industry away from home for the summer without her father's help. Imagine her surprise when she learns that Charles is co-owner of the studio where she's interning! Her time with Charles will be limited as it's only for the summer, but she plans to make every minute count. I liked both the characters but wanted to shake Charles more times than I can count!
I want to applaud the author on bringing attention to teenage depression - a subject that is most-often ignored- herein. Charles' niece, Abby, with whom he was very close, has suffered from it. The focus was a positive one and didn't detract from the story in the least. Applause!
YOU'RE STILL THE ONE is well-written with lots of humor. Unfortunately, it took me a bit to get into it, but, once I did, I didn't want to put it down. It could have been the book or the mood I was in... In hindsight, I'm glad I stuck with it or I would have missed the delightful tap dance between these two. Rachel has never failed to wow me with her fabulous endings and this book's finale is no exception leaving me with a happy case of the warm fuzzies. I would recommend YOU'RE STILL THE ONE to anyone who enjoys light contemporary romances. If you're a fan of the country music industry, that would be an added incentive!

A girl with a summer bucket list and the country star who wants to help her.
This book was a lot of fun to read, the characters were very likable and I couldn't help but falling under their music spell.
I liked that the book wasn't solely focused on the romance part, there were also other important issues like depression and bullying in teenagers and the way it shows us that there are ways that we as adults can help those kids was really beautiful.
Arabella, Charlie and the rest of the gang are characters that I would love to read more about.
Keep Calm and Read On

What a fun read! I really liked both Arabella and Charlie, and the two of them trying to check off all the items on Ella's list that summer made for an entertaining angle. Unfortunately for Ella--but fortunately for us--accomplishing many of those goals had her ending up in a laugh-out-loud situation (for the readers that is...Ella was usually a tad bit embarrassed).
Ella's had a crush on Charlie since she was an awkward teen in braces, but it's not until she shows up dressed to kill at an industry party ready to check "Flirt with Charlie Tucker" off of her summer to-do list that he really notices her for the first time as something more than the "Little Bit" he'd met a handful of times at the home of the head of his record label. Laugh-out-loud scene number one prompted this thought from Ella:
They needed to write guidebooks for this sort of thing. The Idiot's Guide to Flirting With the Man of Your (Literal) Dreams Who Clearly Doesn't Know You Exist. Bonus material could include how to handle disastrous meet-cutes in the john.
Yep, you read that right. In the men's room. Poor Ella!
Their relationship develops nicely from there--Charlie manfully tries to resist Ella's charms as best he can for as long as he can, but he's no match for the awesomeness of his "sweet girl" who slowly takes over his life and makes it better than he ever thought it could be--but the whole time he's keeping a pretty big secret from her, and you just know that it's going to come back and bite him in the butt. Soon.
It does, and it isn't pretty--add to that the fact that Charlie's sure that he can't do relationships and still have a music career (silly, frustrating man!)--and for a while things look pretty bleak indeed. Fortunately Ms. Harris manages to pull out a HEA for them in the end that is highly satisfying and will have readers look forward to seeing Ella and Charlie pop up again in future series books (just so we can squee over how gosh darn cute they are together, of course).
You're Still the One is the first book in Ms. Harris's Country Blues series, but it features the hero and heroine from her Accidentally Married on Purpose , Tyler and Sherry; Charlie's the bass player in Tyler's band Blue. I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the band members (and Ella's BFF Lana) find HEAs in future series books--there's obviously something going on between Deacon and Hannah, the band's nanny for their upcoming tour--and can't wait to see where this series will go next.

It usually takes me about two paragraphs to find myself yanked into one of Harris's stories - and this one proves to be no different. I feel so much for Ella as she struggles with her crush on Charlie and her need to stand on her own. She's a little bit geeky, a lot sheltered, but totally adorable. It's no wonder that she's irresistible.
Charlie may be all about the good time when it comes to women, but he's also all about his family and friends. And that dedication has put him right in the path of the delectable, but off-limits, Arabella. In order to get the funding from her father that he needs for his charity he agrees to keep an eye on her (on the quiet) for the summer ... but proximity leads to feelings that he's not ready for. And of course, everyone knows that secrets don't go over well in romances.
I'm actually amused that both Tyler (from Accidentally Married on Purpose) and band-mate Charlie have similar issues with relationships, although for different reasons. It totally works though because one of the great thing about Harris is she manages to make their struggles real and their own. I would have hoped that Charlie would have learned from Tyler. But they are guys so .... :)
It isn't important to have read any of the other books to enjoy this one. There are some characters that show up here (and we met Charlie then), but Rachel is kicking off a new series - complete with the heartfelt style and wonderful characters that she's known for.

Arabella has had a crush on the bad boy of country, bassist, Charlie Tucker, since she was 14 years old. Now a grown woman, she shares a light seductive kiss with him, only he didn't know was her. When they meet next it's when she shows up for her internship at a recording studio and he just happens to be the new owner. He knows he's no good for her and her father has already warned him but how long can he resist this beautiful good girl with an irresistible bucket list?
Fantastic entertaining story! One that leaves you lighthearted and believing in HEA's. A great mix of the good girl and the bad boy. I love to see those bad boys fall! The writing style of Rachel Harris is fabulous and I can't wait for more.

Those Country Blues-Lovely Romance Read
Arabella Stone is the daughter of David Stone who is known as the best music producer and is also owner of Belle Meade Records. Arabella wants to be known for her own things, not be known for being her dad’s kid. She is finally done with college and has an interview for an internship with Strange Wheel Records in New Orleans. She keeps hoping that her dad didn’t get her the job interview and that she got the interview based on her skills and her talent.
Charlie Tucker is the guitar player for a band that Arabella’s dad manages and has produced . They became friends when she was a teenager and Arabella has a crush on him which slowly has developed into love but in the beginning Charlie doesn’t realize this (MEN!) . Charlie has been asked to keep an eye on Arabella by her dad so she does and its been an eye opening experience for him.
This is an emotional and angsty book about two people who realize what they were to each other in the past and what they are to each other in the present. There is anger, sadness, confusion, joy, despondency, passion, and happiness. Every range of emotion and feeling is felt in this story. Charlie couldn’t believe what he felt for the boss’s daughter so that was part of why he fought them being together but in the end, the steamy times and the emotional connection won out and Charlie & Arabella ended up together.
I do think some of the situations could have some more sizzle but overall, great story and chemistry between the MC. I really liked Charlie with his natural dominant command and loved Arabella’s fiery nature. This is a wonderful romance story and definitely something to kick back and read.
My rating: 4.2 stars ****

Ahh!! She did it again. This woman can make my heart happy withing a few chapters and this book is great from start to finish.
You're Still The One introduces to one Charlie Tucker, bass player in one of the most important country bands and favorite player in the industry; and one Arabella Stone, Nashville sweetheart and royalty favorite perfect child. But Arabella is ready to step out of her propper image and jump into the wild side even if it is for one short summer and in an ordely manner with a list of priorities.
Rachel Harris did a fantastic job at building the characters personalities and relationship slowly. While reading you get the know Charlie and Arabella, what they want, what they are afraid of and how easily things starting coming together for the two of them.
I loved the slow burn and reading how a crush became a friendship and how that evolved so naturally. Their adventures are sure to bring a smile on your face and their heart to heart may have brought a tear or two.
You're Still The One is the perfect romance book. Charlie is the bad boy with a soft side every girl wants and Ella is such an easy girl you can't help but fall for them. I love her little quirks and how real and tridimentional Ms. Harris made her.
But deep down, one of the things I loved the most about this book is how it wasn't just about the romance but you got some very inspiring lesson along the ride, and I think is a first in Ms. Harris writing. Charlie is starting a foundation to help teens fight depression and while you don't get the back story she treats the subject in a serious matter without making it dark. Ella, on the other hand, is discovering herself, who she is and what she wants in life and that is one journey everyone can relate. Add to that how Charlie and Ella experience love for the first time and it's one amazing story.
By know, I love everything Rachel Harris writes, you can be sure you'll get a sweet romance with great characters that you'll feel are like family, a bit of drama and humor. All balanced expertly in one of the best books you'll read.

Fun, sweet, funny and at times poignantly perfect. This romance is a quick read with enjoyable characters, relate-able feelings, fun time and some hot scenes! RH gifts us a book where I think everyone can remember their first real crush, how they hope certain events or sentence or looks mean something more, how someone will shout out their love, how they want to prove they can succeed on their own and more.
More than just a romance though, RH covers the topic of depression and potential bullying in a very compassionate and helpful manner. I say helpful because part of the story is Charlie, Arabella and others coming together to use music to help those in need.
While some parts were a bit predictable, it is those scenes that make this such an enjoyable, charming and happy love story. This is the first book I have read from RH and I can't wait to read more!

Arabella AKA Ella met Charlie when she was a young teen. He was already a star. He would never see her as desirable. As a woman he would want. Or would he?
Charlie sits and talks with Ella at a music event. She realizes when she hits on him he does not recognize her. What a wonderful opportunity. If she can only go through with it. Can she lie to him to get what she wants?
Ella and Charlie start up an amazing friendship. They grow close over the summer. If the friendship is tested at the end of the summer, will it bend or break? Can Charlie stand up for what is real? Does he have what it takes in his heart?
I was literally blown away! This book has such an amazing storyline. At the end of it... an absolutely EPIC HEA! I loved the character development and the pace was just as it should be. The author, is just getting started with this series and I cannot wait to see the next story.

I loved You're Still the One!
The storyline was beautifully written with great characters that will capture your interest and touch your heart.
I really connected with both Arabella/Ella & Charlie's characters. They made this a fun, sweet, heartfelt read and even though the sexy times were fade to black you could see the chemistry between these two was off the charts.
Rachel Harris has once again written a beautiful, heartwarming love story that will leave you with a smile on your face and a heart full of love.
I highly recommend You're Still the One, this was an excellent start to the Country Blues series.
Looking forward to the next book ;)

4.5****
I loved this book. It was unbelievably sweet with a heroine who was full of life and positively upbeat. Arabella was a sweet young lady who despite being a famous father's daughter was so positive, friendly and finally coming out of her shell.
Charlie was a good time guy, fun and exciting, but skiddish on forming lasting relationships. However, he was drawn to Arabella and I loved their friendship. Despite his agreement with her father, Arabella and Charlie bonded, friend-wise and love wise. And it scared him. The chapter when everything came out, I could feel my heart hurt, pause, swell during that conversation. And I think that is why I liked this story so much. It has a lot of heart and feeling.
Charlie niece, Abby, was a definite scene stealer. She was.hilarious and called Charlie on his issues. She was fantastic!

I absolutely can not get enough of Rachel Harris's books. Seriously. They always leave me feeling so damn happy and hopeful! I love how her heroines are not only kick butt, but they also have their quirky traits too! Harris does such a great job of appealing to regular women and I love how relatable her books are!
I've been super excited for Charlie's story and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. I loved him and Arabella together! Watching these two navigate their attraction and feelings for one another was such a blast. And whew! These two have some super sexy moments together too! I loved seeing how intimate they were and I seriously had butterflies in my stomach and a ridiculous grin on my face while reading.
Arabella has been infatuated with Charlie Tucker since she was a teen, but having been older than her, he never paid her much attention. She was his boss's kid daughter, certainly not the stunning woman he comes face to face with at a record label party. He does not recognize her, and she doesn't correct him, thus initiating a searing hot kiss that left both of them affected.
Things definitely get complicated, as Arabella's father has asked Charlie to watch out for her over the summer. That might not be so bad, had Charlie not been privy to some other information that would surely crush Arabella if she found out the truth.
Charlie was such a great love interest, but he did drive me a little crazy. I get his resistance to pursuing a relationship with her, but I thought the tension was going to slice me in half. Arabella was just so sweet and wore her heart on her sleeve and I didn't want to see Charlie break it. His words might say he can't do anything serious, but his actions certainly contradict him. He wants her just as badly as she does him and I love that intense moment when he just says 'screw it all' and goes after her. *dreamy sigh*
I loved seeing the Robicheaux clan again, as well as Charlie's bandmates! I am SUPER excited for Hannah and Deacon's story next. Harris gave us just enough to already ship those two so hard and I can't wait to see their history unravel!
If you're in the mood for a feel good romance with loads of kissing, sexy times, and memorable characters- you need to pick this one up!

I want to thank Entangled for providing me with a copy of this book to read and give an honest review. Receiving this book for free has in no way altered my opinion or review.
I've only ever read Rachel Harris' YA writing. And I loved every bit of it. So I was super excited to get to read this book, which she has been talking and teasing about in her Flirt Squad group for forever! I wasn't sure I would love it because adult romance isn't really my thing, but I ended up truly enjoying it.
Arabella is such a great character. She is soft around the edges, or at least to the first glance, but she has a strangeness within that is hard to beat. She takes the reigns of her life and pushes through things. I love her lists that she makes. They remind me so much of myself. And I especially like that she takes the time to complete things and make them accomplishments. And as she crosses each thing off her list, she only becomes stronger and more aware of herself and what a truly terrific person she is. Plus, she's super talented, and that becomes more and more obvious as you read through her story.
Charlie, what can I say. Is he swoon worthy, sure. But we are introduced to him as a true ladies man. Not one to ever settle down, he is perfectly clear on where he stands with relationships. That's until he is reacquainted with his boss' daughter. Never one to lead ladies on, he vows to keep things between him and Ella friendly. But his past mistakes threaten to jeopardize even their friendship. And his current secrets will through them both over the edge. While he's made out to be this womanizer at the beginning of the book, you certainly see it's not really what Charlie is about. He's actually a complete softy who will do anything for the people he loves.
The romance in this book is off the charts. My favorite thing about it is it is built on a solid friendship. Sure, Ella has had her crush on Charlie for a long time but this was more a teen dream. Once she really gets to know him, and see him for who he truly is, she can't help but fall for him more than her crush ever would have allowed. The tension is slow building and fun. There are laughs between them as well as a bit of steam that has you wanting to throw them at each other and find out what comes back at you on the other side.
And a romance novel wouldn't that if it didn't include a bit of drama. Each character certainly has their insecurities that help pile it on. But each character also owns up to this in the end, allowing the full force of what they feel for each other to shine through.
I really like the secondary characters in this book. Ella's best friend, Lana, is snarky and spunky and truly cares for her friend. And all of Charlie's band mates, especially Tucker, really show they are definitely brothers in all but the blood sense of the word.
And Charlie's cause that he's fighting for is so prevalent in the world today: teen depression. I love how Harris worked this seriousness into the book. The idea of Life and Lyrics is an incredible one that has such merit and I think could actually accomplish what it sets out to do.
Overall, I really fell for the characters in this story. I loved their progression and development. And I especially loved that they didn't give up, on themselves or each other. I'm not much of a country fan, but it didn't matter because the meat of the story went so far above and beyond anything country music than you could fathom. Fans of Harris will tuck this

This is a delightful, superbly written contemporary romance. Arabella Stone is the daughter of a mogul in the country music industry and has had a crush on Charlie Tucker, the Bassist, since she first saw him when she was a young teen and it has never gone away. Now she’s all grown up, finished her degree and determined to get a job without family influences being applied, she wants it on her own merit. Little does she realise that her Dad has his financial fingers in so many other music businesses and is determined to keep his daughter safe, even if it means making a deal with Charlie Tucker…. Deals are fine, when they are out in the open. This one certainly isn't. What will happen when Arabella finds out the truth?
The way the two fight their mutual attraction, work together, learn more about each other is a great change that is brilliantly portrayed. Their interactions are great, with some humorous moments as well as plenty of turmoil as they try to resist their attraction. The characters are well rounded, including some of the secondary characters, too, making them easy to relate to and empathise with. I liked how the author showed the heroine seeing past the public image of the hero, recognising qualities in him that others have ignored and which she proudly acknowledges. I also respected the heroine in her determination to prove she can be self sufficient and get a job on her own merit rather than just because of her parents. The plot ensures that nothing goes smoothly, keeping the reader thoroughly entertained. It is a thoroughly enjoyable contemporary romance with plenty of twists, turns and angst along the way to a well earned HEA.
Thanks to the author, publishers and NetGalley, too, for letting me read an ARC of this book in exchange for this, an honest review.

A fun cute romance, that will have you laughing out loud. Arabella has a bucket list for this summer, and one of the is to kiss her teenage crush, rocker, Charlie Tucker. After the first kiss, they know they are in both in trouble. Arabella will be working for Charlie for the summer, the big problem is that Charlie is suppose to watch over Arabella, the daughter of the CEO of his label.
Loved the chemistry between these two, which they tried to fight off but finally caved in. Will it last the summer or forever? Loved how Charlie soon found out what he was missing in life.
Rachel Harris did a great side story on the awareness of teenage depression.
I received this book from Netgalley for an honest review, I highly recommend it for a cute light read.

"You're Still the One" by Rachel Harris is book one in the "Country Blues" series. This is Arabella "Bella" Stone and Blue bassist Charlie Tucker's story,
Arabella wants to accomplish things without her father's help. She has a bucket list of things that she wants to accomplish. Arabella has always had a crush on Charlie. The first thing she wants to check off her bucket list is to kiss Charlie.
Charlie is used to women flirting with him. But he has never had one kiss him and then run off. Wait until Charlie finds out who she really is. Arabella's father is the CEO of Charlie's label so she is off limits to him.
Charlie and Arabella end up working together on a project for the summer. Wait until you find out how they end up working together for the summer. The chemistry between them was intense. They tried really hard to ignore it, but plans don't always work out. I loved how they became friends first and their relationship developed over time. The intimate scenes were sensual, even though the scenes faded to black.
This is a really sweet story. Both Charlie and Arabella had things that they needed to work out in their life so they could truly be themselves. I look forward to reading other books by Rachel Harris.
I received a copy of this book from NetGalley/Entangled Publishing for an honest review.

This was a good sweet read nothing earth shattering and is predictable. I thought it was well written with great characters that are really likable. Charlie was sweet, single who can look down on him for having one nightstands. It is true he isn’t as bad and the news makes him but isn’t that the case with most singers. Stardom hasn’t gone to his head and his ego isn’t so great he can’t fit through the door. In no way is he innocent but a likable man. Arabella does what is expected of her but I do not think she is as innocent as the author makes her. Things just do not add up all the way for me.
I do love the fact that Charlie is a family man his sisters and their family mean the world to him. When one has a problem he does all he can to make it right. I did think he over did the long term relationship, what happen to him was when he was in his late teens. I would hope women would have grown up more in the years to follow. Plus he could have had his women go on tour with him. I would have respected him more had he just said I am not ready to get tied down. I did like him and thought he was sweet just a little over the top.
Arabella is very sweet I loved her bucket list and how she went after what she wanted. Wanting to do things on her own and be her own person you have respect that. There is just no way she can be as sweet an innocent and do some of the things she did in the way she did them. You do have to like her with her go get her ways. Helping where she is needed nothing really stood in her way.
I thought the supporting characters were good. Her best friend is a trip she had me chuckling a few times. I understood her dad totally it isn’t easy letting go of one’s child to let the swim or sink. I thought this was a good sweet read but nothing that will stick with you after you finished. Is it worth your time yes I think it is. Some people will say it is an ok read and other will say it was a great read and they loved it. I recommend you pick it up and give it a read.

This is a quick, sweet story with humor and a slow build up. It is well written and the characters are very likable. Ms. Harris does a wonderful job of showing the individual growth of Arabella and Charlie. I enjoyed how the secrets didn't create a big conflict and a lot of angst. I look forward to reading more stories in this series and would love to see Lana get her own story.

Awwww!! This book is so sweet that it gave me that warm, fuzzy feeling. It’s full of love, friendships, and hope. Arabella Stone is the daughter of one of the most powerful men in the music business so she has grown up with some very famous people who happen to come into her home from time to time. That’s great unless you are a shy teenager who hasn’t come into her own yet. She is like most teenagers with her acne, awkwardness and crushes on famous guys. From the very beginning she has always had a huge crush on Charlie who happens to be the bass player for Blue which is an up and coming band at the time. Nothing like have your crush showing up at your home and you weren’t expecting it and seeing you with some ugly outfit on and your hair looking a mess.
Now fast forward a few years and that awkward teen has become a beautiful woman even if she doesn’t see it herself. Arabella has graduated from college and she has a bucket list that she wants to take care of which is totally out of her comfort zone. Arabella may have grown up being the daughter of David Stone but she has always been protected from paparazzi and the dirtier side of the music world. She loves and respects her dad very much and has never done anything to make him think anything different. Arabella has turned into a beautiful woman who wants to step out of the safety zone and live life on her own a little bit. That’s where the bucket list comes in and on that bucket list is to make a connection with Charlie. Every shy girl has to have a best friend like Lana because Lana is bold and likes to live life to the fullest and always has your back. The girls go to a party which they know Charlie will be at and Lana is right there trying to get Arabella to make that move and go to Charlie. She probably didn’t have in mind for Arabella to follow Charlie into the men’s bathroom which shocked the heck out of Arabella herself once she realized where she was. Charlie had no idea that Arabella was David’s daughter and that he had actually known her during those teen years. This hits her self-confidence even more letting her think how she is so forgettable.
Charlie is a typical bad boy as it looks like to the public because he has never tried to hide the benefits that come along with being someone famous…women and lots of them. He has been told he needs to stay away from trouble and the paparazzi for a while to help clean up his image. That’s the famous Charlie but Charlie is also the brother to five sisters and godfather to his niece, Abby. Abby is a teenager who has had to deal with depression and it is now Charlie’s mission in life to bring attention to teen depression and try to help in any way he can by starting a foundation where these teens can turn to and are helped. Charlie needs David Stone’s help financially by being a backer of this project.
