I love these stories by ML Buchmann .Anne runs to visit her brother at The White House because she is unhappy on the family farm and not sure what she wants out of life but the farm isn't it, in walks Zachary the single Vice President and so begins a sweet story of two lonely souls. Dating the Vice President of the United States isn't easy and is very public and all goes well till an unexpected tragedy in the Italian mountains happens and Anne runs scared. This is a fun, quick read with a hea.
Loved Zachary's Christmas! One of my favorite authors. Great to catch up with characters we’ve met before & meet new one’s. This book is about Anne & Zack’s story. There’s romance & adventure you won’t want to miss! I received a free copy of this title from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
Like all of Buchman's work this piece is a finely crafted gem. It tells a tale of two strong and successful people with the need for someone to love and be loved by. When they meet it is with playfulness and banter not expected in the west wing of the White House. As the relationship grows in richness and in depth they begin to envision a world that includes themselves as a pair and partners in the the contest that is life. I'm thrilled that I didn't face seeing my courtship unfold on CNN and Fox News. Then things start to get really interesting. Interesting as in the old Chinese curse, "May you live in interesting times."
