Every plague has a patient zero.
Charlotte Tasker is the only doctor for miles. When a migrant worker walks through her door, she has no idea what his strange rash will bring to her small town.
It doesn't take long for the CDC to learn of the outbreak and send a specialist to investigate. Charlotte soon learns this isn't his first time to deal with an outbreak.
Zero is a short story set decades before the Gratz family ran from the CDC in the Containment Series, the thrilling 3-part dystopian bio-thriller. Available now as a stand-alone story, or as part of Containment: The Complete Series.
