In the year 32 B.C.E, Aries, The Zodian god of Death, had a vision of a malevolent entity. It was evident that the entity would enslave the world and eventually destroy everything. When this news reached the other Zodians, they each stored a portion of their powers into individual Power Gems. The Zodians made this precaution as an emergency power source. The Temple of Zodia was built to store the Gems until the dark day came. The Elders of Zodia thought it was essential to find the entity and destroy it before the vision took place. So they each disguised themselves and lived among mortals on earth. But they became distracted with mortals and earthly pleasures, some of the Zodians married and had children. Almost a century later, Cancer, The Zodian god of Intellect, found himself wandering in the Temple of Zodia. He made an unknown but fatal error and caused the Temple to collapse. The Gems were scattered into different countries, and time periods. The other Zodians easily noticed this incident and Cancer was indefinitely banished from the Temple of Zodia. The other eleven Zodians built another Temple on earth, but hid its location from mortals and Cancer. In the current year, the belief in Zodiac gods by a bullied 12- year- old little boy named Cyrus O'Hara becomes a reality. He sets out on an adventurous journey to find the Temple of Zodia. Along the way he learns his true identity and finds the meaning of family, friendship, and foes. Come along and travel with Cyrus the believer, Peter the great, and the fearless Sofia into the hidden world of the Zodiac gods. Take a ride on a golden airplane. Meet Witch Greta and see the powers of her crystal ball. Meet the frightening Azznic, the metal beast. Meet Snake-y Von Tomb, the keeper of evil doers. Meet Gertrude and Garner, the workers from the afterlife. Meet the bully himself, the ghoulish Judas from the dead. Get to know the alluring daughter of Virgo, Mercy and her magical cat. Above all, meet the Zodian gods. Also known as the Elders of Zodia, and the Sacred Twelve. They are the keepers of the universe. Meet all these characters along with others on the search for the Temple of Zodia. Experience the mysterious world of Zodiac Saga.

Though this book was good. It is more a science fiction because of the zodiac characters. The star of the book, Cyrus, was not a typical little boy. There is always a bully around the corner when you don't expect it. I like it and I like how the little boy turned out in the end. Pretty good stuff. We went to the B&N store but it wasn't there and the clerk didn't know how to find it or get it. Eventually someone came and said it was a online order only. So anyone looking for it, you can not go to the store for it. Hope this help others find it.

I think this book should not be classified as just teens. Its similar to Twilight and Harry Potter stories. This may be the next big thing. Am not sure what the young writer is doing to promote it, but I know all my friends are interested in it now. The story is kind of a family love story with super powers. Like so many of us, this little boy was tremendously bullied at school but ultimately he got the last laugh. Its always the least likely kid to be the most successful. There is a lot of layers to this story, a little something for everyone to relate to. Excellent!

Just finished this book and I liked it a lot. There was a lot of interesting journeys along the way to find the temple. The characters in this book is really something else, there's nothing like it so far. This young girl got a real talent to write. When it said magical and mystical, that is a big clue as to what to expect along the way in this book. I think I got a little Sophia in me, or at lease I would like to think I do. Now I just need the next book to see what happens next. For all the fantasy readers, this is a great story. I promise!

Zodiac Saga was a great book with a sci-fi environment and some malice to balance out the good. Loved it! Very different.

Was on Facebook and saw this book advertised. First I thought it was for children because it was a 12 year old girl that wrote it. But I am happy to say that it is also a well written adult book. When I was young I loved the old stories of make-believe so this was perfect. I am a lover of horoscopes and this book plays into that too. I suggest you buy it and read it to fully grasp the whole idea of zodiac. Its not what you think it is. I was just like Cyrus in the book, I loved magic. I highly recommend this for kids and adults. I think the adults will get even more from it than they think. And naturally kids is going to really love this book. Its a good book for anyone, (my opinion).

Hey I got this book a couple months ago and finally got around to reading it a second time. The first time was a rushed read so I wanted to read it again. That's how much I like it. It'll make you think Zodia is real and the places they go are creative. I did my book report and book review on this book. My teacher found it to be interesting enough to recommend it to the class. The story itself is absolutely great! My brother birthday is coming up and I will be gifting this book to him. I thought Zodiac Saga was a good strange story with an unexpected twist. Now I need to know what happens next so I hope there is a next book.

This Zodiac story was a true sci-fi story. It was great!!! I know which character I want to be.The characters were un-expectedly strange and better than the average sci-fi characters you see on TV. If you get a chance, you need to visit the website to get a better feel of the author. The book will have you traveling to places you wouldn't think of. Its a journey into a world of secrecy and the unknown. My mom got this book from the zodiac website and I have already told some of my friends on facebook to get it too. I also watched the interviews on the website and the author seems very nice and just like me.

Very good for a little 12 year girl. She tells the story in this book just as good as a full grown adult writer. I like to read sci-fi and this did not disappoint me at all. I am still a little shock that she is 12. I think we'll be seeing more from this little girl . Someone important should take notice of her.

I like the friendship that becomes invaluable to the search. This zodiac saga was full of wishful thinking and belief in mysteries. Much better than some of those other mystery book.

I am 16 in the 10th grade and I saw this book on facebook. I think its really fantastic with all the twists and turns in it. You can't figure it out until you read the whole thing. These are the kind of books I can read and like it.

So, do zodiac gods exist or not? read the book and find out. The characters in this book keeps you hanging on and wondering if they will find the temple or not and if zodiac gods is real or not. Well I can only tell you that you will be happy with the outcome, I think. Its pretty darn good for a kid to write.

Saw this little girl and her book on the news too. My wife and I were very moved by her story and quest to become a writer. So we got the book from the website and gave it to our daughter. She absolutely went crazy over the elders of Zodia and their magic. I also heard her radio interview with Mike and we just wish her all the best.

This book was a winner for me. It had magic and some of the characters had powers I liked. I like science fiction books but this book was not like the other science fiction books I have bought before. I didn't know the book was here at Barnes & Noble, I got it a while back on the book website when I saw it on the news. Science fiction lovers will be happy with this one! Its odd!

We bought this book when it first came out a few months ago. It is in our mentoring center and school. The young people who read it did a book report on it and they had a lot of nice things to say about it. Being the Mentor and Head of the Centre I had to read it also. We don't put any books in the school without someone on staff reading it first. The book is tall tale idea of the existence of magical zodiac elders/gods. The book takes you on different journeys as the youngsters search for the temple of zodiac. Its certainly interesting and I would recommend this book to all young people to show what you can accomplish even at a young age. If you like unusual and magic and looking for a good story, this is it. It caught me off guard with how the story starts out and how it ends. That's all I can say without revealing too much. I know teens and young adults will like it. But some adults (myself and wife) will also like reading this too.

I bought this book for my 13 year old grandson and he actually read all of it and loved it. He told me so much about it, I had to read it for myself. To my surprise it was actually good and very different from what I thought it would be. The jewel of the book is meeting the Zodians. It also deals with what is family and who is truly your friend and enemy. I don't want to give away too much but even at my age I enjoyed it. Its not the usually zodiac as we know it. This little girl has a big imagination and I hope she keep writing. I can't wait to see what happens.
