Ms. Demery has a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management and a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Monica M. Lusk, a documentation manager, has extensive experience in process improvement and documentation. She worked as a personal computer software trainer for 12 years before becoming involved in writing software documentation and designing and developing online help systems for telecommunications software.
