Meet the Author

Dr. Bruce Fife, C.N., N.D., a certified nutritionist and naturopathic doctor, is the director of the southern Colorado chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to nutritional education. As president of the Coconut Research Center, he educates the public about the health and nutritional aspects of coconut.     Energetic again!

    I just turned 40 and thought that must be why my energy level has plumeted, was I ever wrong! I can't believe my energy level, and after only 2 weeks! Not only that, but I also read in the book about a woman who had used it for her sons acne? Well after trying 'everything else' as my 16 year old son said, I gave this a try, what a difference! Within days his face had started clearing, and it has no drying and itchy side effects! I have not yet tried the receipes, I do add it to everything I eat though, but they look simple and delicious!

    The FDA are LIARS..!

    This book was amazing and so enlightening as to what the FDA is keeping

    from society due to, what else, GREED! The government doesn't have

    our best interest at heart, just their bottom dollar.

    This book has given me so many ways to improve my health, despite all

    the lies that they have told us about this amazing, natural, God given

    food. I'm even getting compliments on my skin and hair since I have

    been using it. I'm now giving this book as Christmas gifts..!

    The Nook book index has no page number references

    This rating is based on the quality of the Nook book, not the author's content! If you like to use the index, purchase the hard copy! The index in the Nook version of this book has no page number references to accompany the content listed. B&N is supposed to be looking into this (7-14 days from now there should be a solution, or so they say).

    Beneficial Coconut Oil

    I enjoyed reading the information about the benefits of coconut oil & have incorporated its use in my diet & skincare regime. The one thing I didn't like about this book is the unnecessary redundancy of the information. It was over-repeated in chapter after chapter & I found it a bit annoying. But the book is definitely worth a read.

    This will change your life, if you are ready!

    A wonderful, comprehensive, easy to digest book. He supports all of his facts in the references he lists and follows a logical, common sense approach. Having already noticed that I don't feel good after eating alot of soy oil based products, I was amazed and thrilled to find out why my body does not like these oils (especially hydrogenated oils). I have just begun using coconut oil and am already happy with the results on my skin and hair. This is information everyone should have. If you are ready for a nutrition revolution, get this book!

    Real eye opening book

    This is truly an eye opening book I’ve ready a lot of health books and this book is one of the most interesting. I’ve known switched all my cooking to coconut. If you’re interested in health and nutrition you have to read this book.
