Ice Cold by Cherry Adair is the next chapter in her Awesome T-FLAC series! Rafael Navarro, the Spanish Stallion, meets face to face with the Ice Princess, Honey Winston to stop a group of terrorists determined to blow up the world's banking community. A tornado of cold determination and hot sex carry these two towards justice! I loved reading this book. It had me on the edge of my seat and sad to see the end of the story. Thank You Cherry for another great read!!

T-Flac is back!
I have never been disappointed in any of the books that I’ve read by Cherry. I like how she builds the suspense up so you think you know what will happen or who the culprit is and you find out you guessed it wrong. But the best is that you don’t figure it out when you’re only halfway through the book.
Rafael lost his wife while they were on an undercover operation together and knew he’d never watch another woman to be tortured due to his job. He is not happy when the help he needs to catch this terrorist has to come from cybercrimes because this terrorist is all about danger and damage with a computer.
Honey is a specialist with the cybercrimes department of T-Flac, and she definitely likes being around computers more than people. She’s a very private woman and as some would say she’s even cold because she does not show emotions toward anyone. Though she works with computers, she definitely knows how to protect herself from danger and it’s a good thing because now, she’s been put in the field with Rafael to find a serial bomber that has threatened the financial world.
Honey has heard all about Rafael’s skills in defusing bombs, but also his skills in bed and wants nothing to do with that. They agree to work together to catch the bomber before it’s too late, but nothing can happen between them. As they act as a couple to draw this person out their feeling start to grow for one another. They try fighting the attraction between them, but the more they try the hotter it gets. Can they catch their suspect while he tries to keep Honey safe, or will he lose her just like he lost his wife?

Cherry Adair always delivers on a blend of fast paced action, steamy romance and a mystery that keeps you turning every page. I love the fact T-Flac is back. Honey is an amazing character and The Stallion is her perfect match. The first kiss gives you butterflies and I stayed up till three in the morning because I couldn't stop reading. Another amazing Cherry Adair book.

Wonderful characters that had flaws but it only made them more real. Strong, non-stop, nail biting action kept me riveted to the pages! Hot and steamy romance made me want to stay longer.

This was a great read. Honey is known throughout TFLAC as the Ice Princess. She is a cybercrimes specialist which means she is the best on computers TFLAC has. Rafael is the 'bomb whisperer' and lives his life bold and somewhat reckless. When the two of them come together for an Op, sparks fly and the Ice Princess may just melt. Someone blowing up buildings and targeting them. Honey and Rafael must move fast to stop this, no matter how personal it gets.
I completely enjoyed these characters. Each one was unique and I just couldn't turn the pages fast enough. Honey is proud of being emotionless, or at least seeming emotionless. Rafael doesn't believe she really can be that way so he is determined to prove he can break down her walls. There was plenty of action, tension, suspense and chemistry. The story-line was smooth and kept you on your toes.
I rate this a 5/5. I really enjoyed it and am ready for more from Ms. Adair!
Thank you to Pump Up Your Books (via NetGalley) for the review copy of this book. I received this book in exchange for an honest review and the opinions stated above are 100% mine.
I was concerned that this one wouldn't be as good as previous ones, I should have known Ms. Adair wouldn't let us down! I highly recommend this one!

Then to top it with a "Kiss me!", Wholly Boogers!!!!
"Ice Princess", Honey, has to be my favorite character... she's got it all. She's got the money, the look, the attitude and then some (LOL).
I think it's amazing how a person can keep a front up as strong as she does in the beginning....show no emotions. She is by far a totally bad ass!!
Of course until Hot and sexy comes along!
Hot and Sexy, Navarro, is one character in the beginning I thought for sure was going to be just another "Ladies man" types of guy. Just there basically for the heroine's needs and nothing major. Boy was I totally wrong!
He's the one to crack the hard shell kept around Honey and the one she team's up with to help clear the evidence...
Over all a wonderful story to keep you guessing and the adventure alone well worth the read!

T-FLAC Series Book Seventeen
By Cherry Adair
Rafael Navarro refuses to settle down and allow another woman to become victim to his dangerous lifestyle. Fellow T-FLAC operative Honey Winston has no social skills whatsoever and prefers computers to people. When the two team up to stop a serial bomber that threatens the world’s financial infrastructure they begin with butting heads but soon something more begins to grow between them.
What I love about romance novels is that no matter what is going on around the main characters they can always make time for a kiss. I haven’t read any of the T-Flac series before this, which is a shame as the book jumps right into it so I may have missed something along the way with this one. I did enjoy it though, this is definitely a fun romantic suspense with tons of action interspersed with soft and tender love what more can you ask for? Cherry Adair brought to life a fantastic organization and characters that make this novel amazing. I loved Honey Winston, I mean who can’t relate to liking computers more than people sometimes? The only problem I had with the book is the beginning scene in Germany. I just came back from living the past three years over there and unfortunately a lot of the scene that Cherry Adair created was wrong. I don’t want to go into too many details because if you haven’t been there or haven’t been there recently then you will not even notice it. But if Cherry Adair hadn’t created such a vivid scene I wouldn’t be able to say with certainty that it is wrong. All in all it’s a great romantic suspense and I just might go back and read some more of the series.
I was sent a free copy of this book for an honest review.
My Review:
I'll admit it, there were times when I was reading this book that I simply did not feel smart enough to follow all the in's and out's of the suspense story line. This is one complex book and I definitely had issues getting lost in the details of 'who', 'what', 'where', and 'why'. But when it's all said and done, this book is about Rafael and Honey.
They are both T-FLAC operatives. Rafael is a bomb disposal expert while Honey is a computer geek. They are both highly trained and highly efficient in the field, although Honey is more used to working behind a desk. Throughout the operatives, Honey is known for her Ice Princess status while Rafael is known as the Spanish Stallion....two totally opposite personalities. But as they trace a serial bomber across the world, they begin to realize that they have much more in common than they originally thought.
I loved that the beginning of this book had the two of them pitted against each other, although they didn't realize who the other was at the time. Right away, Cherry established that although Honey doesn't do much field work, she is more than capable...just as good as Rafael. Between that fight and then Honey's first disguise transformation....I just loved her. She is so much more than everyone assumes when they first meet her and that makes her such a fantastic heroine. Rafael realizes that very slowly, but that makes his feelings out to be so much more.
Overall this book was really good. Confusion aside, I really liked it....and honestly, I read really quickly and probably could have taken this book slower to make sure that I got all the details. But there is a lot going on, in a lot of different places....which definitely makes it really exciting. From the moment I started it, I had a really hard time putting it down. I have read a couple of the other T-FLAC novels, but have definitely NOT read all 16 of the books that precede this one in the series. I don't feel like that hurt my enjoyment of this book at all. It definitely works as a stand-alone novel.
I received a complimentary copy of this book in return for an honest review.
