Editorial Reviews

Tonia Hobbs
As a hopeless romantic myself, I found that Ms. Penzara has a way of capturing the trueness of love and what we are all seeking in this life. The Look of Love is a short story about a young woman's search for that special someone who makes her feel like she is the only one. She wants to experience the type of love and devotion she sees in her brother and his fiancé. This is such a true human desire to love and be loved and Ms. Panzera could not have captured it more fully.

The Name Says It All - The Look Of Love!

I was left with a feeling of completeness, with a smile on my face, for I imagined the rest of the story and felt that Noelle may have finally found what she was looking for.

I love Ms. Penzara's stories and hope that she continues to share her thoughtful insight in the tales of romance.

    Sweet short story

This was an engaging, romantic short story. It takes a fender bender and the wise words of a handsome stranger to help Noelle articulate what's missing from her relationship with her boyfriend, Jack. After the stranger gives her a lift to her brother's wedding reception, she's confident she knows what she wants from a man - to see that look of love in his eyes, for the world to stop for just a moment. What Noelle doesn't expect is to see the stranger again, not long after they say goodbye the first time. I loved the ending of this story...it made me smile big time!

Take this cute, fun romance to lunch and enjoy! Noelle needs to

Take this cute, fun romance to lunch and enjoy! Noelle needs to choose between marrying for comfort and money or holding out for love. Her would be fiance has set a deadline which is not comfortable for Noelle. She can't decide if her idea of love is an unrealistic, romanticized ideal. If so she'd be foolish to let go of the opportunity to marry the good looking, rich man who has asked her. But what if her ideal could really be found? What if she later met the man she was meant to be with. It's a quandary and cutely, carefully plotted by Ms. Panzera in this short romantic rollick.
