Nutrition and Physical Degenerationby Weston A. Price
At the end 20th century, the idea that the food we eat affects our physical structure for good or ill is almost universally accepted. Sixty years ago it wasn't, and the publication of Nutrition and Physical Degeneration rocked the worlds of science and nutrition with Dr. Price's irrefutable evidence and documentation of this concept. Even today, this outstanding book remains the basic text and essential reading for anyone concerned with nutrition and disease prevention.

This is the best book I've read on nutrition and food wisdom. Based on the diets of real indigenous cultures whose people have few if no cavities or the 'incurable' diseases that afflict the western culture, it gives us real guidance to what our bodies are meant to eat. The pictures in this book speak for themselves! He shows pictures of indigenous cultures before being introduced to white man's poison (white flour & sugar, processed junk) and the generations born to those introduced to white man's 'food.' It is sad and heartbreaking to see what we have done to ourselves and these beautiful people. Every health practitioner, dental and medical students, EVERYONE needs to read this book!
