I bought this book and have cooked almost everything in it. I love the fact that all of the recipes are gluten, wheat, dairy, yeast and sugar free. Its great if you are on a candida diet or avoiding sugar. Its very well written and the recipes are simple to put together. I thoroughly recommend this book.
