Overview

The humor is a wickedly authentic blend of young-professional-bachelor shtick and pets-from-hell high jinks. . . . And, perhaps best of all, the strip keeps getting better." -Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel

Get Fuzzy was named Best Comic Strip of the Year in 2002 by the National Cartoonists Society.

Satchel, the Shar-pei-Lab mix in the Get Fuzzy family who actually believes what TV commercials say, and his owner-housemate Rob Wilco, a single, somewhat befuddled, Red Sox-obsessed ad exec, endure the scourge of their daily existence, Bucky Katt. Whether baiting the ferret down the hall for battle, gorging on rubber bands (and the ensuing gastric consequences), or joining the gun repair club, Bucky continuously tests the patience and endurance of his hapless mates.

Three Get Fuzzybooks, Bucky Katt's Big Book of Fun, Blueprint for Disaster, and Say Cheesy, have been New York Times best-sellers.

    Good, Silly Fun

Anyone who's ever read Darby Conley's daily strip knows to expect the unexpected in his world of anthropomorphic humor. Anything from the crazy Siamese, Bucky butchering great works of film and literature in insane attempts to launch his celebrity career the simple pleasures of Satchel Pooch's daily life. Throw in ferret and beaver paranoia, occasional cravings for monkey themed foods, and a hapless human barely keeping it together as his pets show him who wears the pants in their house and you have the perfect mixture for truly hilarious interspecies comedy.

    Too funny for words

I just love these guys! It's such a fun and quick read. My only disappointment was that they didn't have the strip with Satchel standing in front of the open pantry telling Rob there were running low on microwaves.

    Totally awesome book, as usual

Get Fuzzy is a classic, and Dardy Conley is a genius. Non-stop laughs come from this book each and everytime you read and reread it.
