Meet the Author

After writing as a hobby since grade school, I decided to take the next step in realizing my dream of becoming an author by publishing the book I worked on throughout high school. I am currently a college student in Michigan and I am always writing. I have written numerous novels across multiple genres, though this is the first I have fully revised, edited and published. All work for this novel has been done completely independently over seven years, not a second of which was wasted. I hope you enjoy reading my novel as much as I enjoyed writing it.

    Simply amazing!

I was a little leery about buying this because im one of those people that judge a potential book by its rating and customer reviews. However i was intreaged by the cover because i am an avid lover of goth boys and the goth style so i decided to give it a shot anyway since it was only a dollar and i am so glad i did. I immediatly fell in love with Jack and Amy. They were written very well and i loved the surrounding characters. I can see myself reading this book again in the future. My favorite thing about the story was how Jack never changed his style. A lot of goth stories are about how they change in the end or makes the character sound really immature about being goth that it becomes annoying, but Jack wasnt making an adolecet statment. He just liked the style even if he was immature about other things.

Couple of things that could have been improved upon was a little too muc drama, but i understand its high school and every event is gonna seem like the end of the world. Also the way it was put together seemed like a bunch of short stories slapped together. Over all i really enjoyed the book and hope the author makes some more stories about goth boys.
