This four-book collection of the blockbuster phenomenon The Maze Runner series now features chapters from the highly-anticipated series conclusion, The Fever Code, the book that finally reveals the story of how the maze was built!

When Thomas wakes up in the lift, the only thing he can remember is his name. He’s surrounded by strangers—boys whose memories are also gone.
Outside the towering stone walls that surround them is a limitless, ever-changing maze. It’s the only way out—and no one’s ever made it through alive.
Then a girl arrives. The first girl ever. And the message she delivers is terrifying.
   Remember. Survive. Run.

The Maze Runner and Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials are now major motion pictures featuring the star of MTV's Teen Wolf, Dylan O’Brien; Kaya Scodelario; Aml Ameen; Will Poulter; and Thomas Brodie-Sangster. The third movie, Maze Runner: The Death Cure, will hit screens in 2018.

An awesome series! As an avid reader, I thoroughly enjoy series books and trilogies because once you get hooked on a story, you don't want it to end!  I fell in love with The Maze Runner and am looking forward to the movie coming out this September. This story, which is basically about a government trying to control its people in ways that benefit the leaders, is a fantastic read for those who love stories such as The Hunger Games and Divergent series.  It's all about rebelling, manipulating, and controlling. I really don't want to spoil this series for anyone, but I will say that James Dashner did an excellent job at keeping the reader interested and entertained.  I have even caught myself plenty a time gasping out loud over a plot twist or unknowingly smiling over the budding romance between 2 major characters.  I'm sad this is over, because the ending of The Death Cure sort of opened up what could be a new story line, but all good things must come to an end some time!

This Author does very well at defining the characters and doesnt go off on tangents of irrelevant information. This is a fast paced, thrilling ride. In some parts it can be quite graphic but it just adds to the overall essence of the series.

I really wanted to like this series. I'd read all the great reviews and comparisons with other young adult series such as the Hunger Games and Divergent trilogies. I got through about 100 pages before I gave up. The premise certainly has potential to be engaging, but  it's clear to me that this book isn't necessarily intended for everyone. Unlike Harry Potter and the Hunger Games, which are written in a style that people of all ages can enjoy, this series seems to be marketed strictly to 12-year-olds as its target audience, reflected in Dashner's writing style. That's not to say it's a bad series; indeed, I would hope that many adolescents would find it engaging and that it would be a gateway to reading for those who aren't normally interested in reading. That said, it just wasn't for me.

These are great distopian society books! The language is great and the plots will blow you away! I just wish I could erase my memory and read it again :) I highly recommend these books to anyone who wants action, adventure, and suspense sprinkled off with a little romance!

I must start off by saying that I thoroughly enjoy young adult authors who write in a manner that can be enjoyed by readers of all ages. The language was not too simple and the writing not overdone. The Maze Runner is not a dystopian, fight-for-your-life series. I will not spoil the books for anyone, but the twists and turns are unexpected. The journey taken by the characters is one that will cause you to think about the true nature of mankind--both good and evil. I am halfway through the prequel now, and it is interesting to see how everything got started; it really adds even more to the trilogy itself. In short, this is a great series. I never do reviews, but this one was beyond deserving of one.

I am in fifth grade. My teacher reccommended this series to me at the begenning of the year. It leaves me on a cliffhanger everytime I put any of the books down! This series is a little bit intense. I would reccomend it to people ages 11 and up.
