Meet the Author

Dorothy Seymour Mills is an author, editor, and manuscript consultant of Austrian and German descent who was born in Cleveland, Ohio. The Katya Becker trilogy draws from her firsthand experience traveling extensively in Europe, where she visited two ancient Keltic salt mines, and living in places such as New York City, Boston, Canada, and Ireland. She has published several nonfiction books, articles, and stories, and she was the first woman baseball historian. Dorothy is married to Roy Mills, a security specialist retired from the Royal Canadian Air Force, and currently lives in Naples, Florida.
