Praise
Like a beautifully composed piano composition, Twin Souls connects with readers - presenting a vampire novel that makes them question who the real monsters are.
-Booknut 101

It can be difficult to write about vampires after twilight since it became such a big hit so everyone who have read the books will compare them to other books in the same genre unless you come up with something unique. I really think Poe did that here!
-Cecilia, Rather Barefoot than Bookless

I had to stop reading halfway through to check and make sure there would be a sequel as I didn't want this to be the end of Alexis's story! Thankfully there will be one coming soon. I can't wait to read it too!

It was a good book, but not a great one. The plot was good and the characters varied, but the story was told in a matter of fact manner that lacked any real emotion

3.5 stars Somewhat reminiscent of Twilight, this story follows one girl who is destined to be a vampire hunter as she falls for a vampire.  The book is well-written and in a unique voice. The plot is a bit intriguing and the characters are likeable. I did feel as if some of the story was predictable, but this is still a story worth the read.

This is a great vampire love story VERY close to Twilights story like though glad that the author didn't make Salem glitter in the sunlight :-) Liked that he could make things appear out of no where wish that could really happen would make life more fun lol. Enjoy the book I'm off to get the next one

I loved reading this story! I had a hard time putting the book down. The story was well writen and the relationship of the main characters Alexia and Salem was heart warming. What would you do for the one you love? I was a bit skeptical in the beginning about Salem, but I fell in love with him throughout the book. If you love vampire romance......You must read thisbook. You won't be dissapointed.

This book is very interesting and it left me wanting to read more. This book is a great paranormal romance novel. I really recommend reading because it always left me wanting more. It also has great allusions to Edgar Allen Poe, and is great for his fans too.

This book looked really good-then i read it. The flow was bad, the style inconsistent, and the plot... could hardly bring myself to read past the first chapter.

I enjoyed this book very much.  However, there were some things that didn't add up that made me not trust Salem, which in turn kept me from believing in him.  Of course, near the end, these things were addressed but it robbed me of enjoying the story more.

The narration is reminiscent of the Casts; this series may have strong appeal to fans of the House of Night series.

Extremely stupid. The girl gives up her whole life for a boy who shes only known for like 6 months. Its ridiculous. She quit on school for him. Stupod

A bit predictable, simular to twilight but very much different. A vampire boy and human girl fall in love, that's where the similarities end. Well, mostly. But it's a great book though as a reader of so many books and like to compare, it took a bit of warming up to. For the first 5 chapters, anyway. Though it's the same in every book; the girl is short and cries alot, it's a really good book. I want to read the next one badly but unfortunately, I need to ask my parents if I can spend the money ? I loved it and would recommend it, especially if you like vampires! ?????

So bad I couldn't finish it. Seems to have been written by a 15 year old. Story makes little sense. Flat characters.
