Ashlei is the founder of XyberSync Bioengineering Institute, a company at the intersection of technology, neuroscience, and mindfulness, and the creator of the Lipstick on Labcoats Podcast, where she explores the world of tech, neuroscience, and the unique experience of being a Black woman in STEM. Her love for creativity and innovation is matched only by her desire to inspire the next generation of girls to dream big and embrace both their brains and beauty without compromise.
