Inspired by his three young daughters to create a strong female character, Robert Beatty penned the Serafina books, which include Serafina and the Black Cloak and Serafina and the Twisted Staff. Although he now devotes himself to writing full time, Beatty began his career in cloud computing and received many awards for his entrepreneurship.
