Tiffany “Change Dr. Tiff” Edwards is an HR executive advisor, author, and creator of the HEART Matrix™—a human-centered leadership framework designed to help individuals and organizations navigate the evolving workplace with clarity, empathy, and intention. As co-founder of Edwards Consulting Group, she focuses on communication, ethical decision-making, and supporting leaders as they integrate new technologies, including AI, into their daily work. Tiffany is the author of The Ripple Effect: A Tween’s Tale of Change and AI With Heart: Transforming the Workplace Without Losing the Human Touch, which explores how people can embrace innovation while staying grounded in their values. Through her Change Dr. Tiff platform, she supports communication skills programs for K–12 schools and creates tools that encourage personal growth, leadership, and meaningful change. She lives in Texas with her family.
