Diane Pecorari is Professor of TESOL at the University of Leeds, UK. She is co-editor of the Journal of English-Medium Instruction and series editor of Routledge Studies in English-Medium Instruction.

Averil Coxhead is Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
