In the small town of Latonia, Tennessee, just 20 miles from Tullahoma, a series of murders begin to take place. They have similar characteristics to a number of murders that have all taken place within a 75-mile radius of Nashville over the last 30 years. Each murder is performed one time each month under the light of the full moon, continues for a minimum of one year and then stops for an undetermined period of time before beginning in a new location.
