A native of Springfield, Harry Laybourne is a retired employee of the All-Phase Electric Company, with a deep interest in preserving and bringing to life the history of his hometown. He is very active in his community as a trustee for the Clark County Historical Society and serves as a member of several local groups. Laybourne is sure to delight both residents and visitors to the city with Springfield, a unique view of a town's past.
