What happens when all that is left in the world is fear, distrust and desperation? Aliens launch a thermal attack on earth that alters the climate to unbearable levels and leaves the planet arid and devoid of nearly all human and animal life. A group of small town survivors must work together to not only keep order, but scavenge and stock an adequate food supply, and defend their shelter against an unseen enemy. However, their biggest obstacle is overcoming their fears and prejudices.
