Gene started his football career with the Denver Broncos in 1960, and still holds legendary records.
Gene has been inducted into the AFL Hall of Fame and the Summit County Ohio Sports Hall of Fame, along with Akron High School Hall of Fame. Gene still hopes and waits for his dream of being recognized by the Denver Broncos to enter the Ring of Fame and the NFL Hall of Fame.
