Discipleship has two aspects to it. One aspect involves our resolve to actively pursue Jesus Christ in an ever-deepening relationship with Him. And as we draw near to Him, He transforms us, making us more like Him.
The other aspect of discipleship flows out of our ever-growing relationship with Christ. Namely, we model before others what it means to follow Jesus and live for Him. And we coach and challenge them to pursue Him as we do.
That's what this 28:19 Participant Manual is all about. In this manual and its companion book: 28:19-The Skills for Disciple-Making you will learn some very simple, biblical, relational skills for pursuing Jesus Christ and leading others into deeper relationship with Him.
This isn't a "study," but a practical guide for following Jesus and showing others how to follow Him as well. Because of the relational nature of discipleship, you will want to use this manual in the context of other followers of Jesus.
