Melissa Pettitois a personal chef and R.D. with an A-list clientele that includes Lucy Liu, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Christy Turlington. She custom-designs menus and prepares meals for clients right in their own homes, including those who follow the Paleo lifestyle.
