About the Author

Nicola Bulman is a UK based author. She wrote and self-published her own guided journal in February 2021 called Let's Talk, which achieved #1 best seller in the Psychology and Mental Health category on Amazon. The book is filled with prompts to respond to based on emotions felt at the time. The layout of Nicola's journals resembles text messages to provide the feeling of talking to someone for the people who may feel isolated and alone. Due to the amazing response from her first book, she plans to make a series of journals and promote them as widely as possible.
