Overview

"7 Days to Forget" chronicles the Life Agreements made by humans during the first seven days after birth and follows the lives of Lucas Murrell and his family as they apply ancient traditions to modern life. As Lucas watches his life in review, he is reminded of the reasons he chose this life and remembers the lessons taught to him and his family by Ms. Abby, Native spiritual guide, healer, and friend.

Guided by the Knowing, Lucas remembers truths long forgotten and realizes that he can communicate with his daughter Marissa and come to know his grandson Jack whose birth occurs simultaneously with his passing. Marissa, too, remembers that death is not an end and finds comfort in her father's presence at the birth of her son, one of a new generation of children who will not forget their agreement to use their new gifts to usher in a new era of universal acceptance and understanding on Earth.

"Absolutely absorbing. 7 Days to Forget's transcendent human wisdom and great storytelling make a compelling read by a Wisdomkeeper. Visionary in the best sense. Lucid and almost three-dimensional, giving the reader a sense of being within the vision.
Wonderfully written. A life-enhancing spiritual delight."
--Harvey Arden, author of WISDOMKEEPERS

"As an interfaith minister, I am drawn to the mystical wisdom traditions of world faiths and even quantum physics as languages for holding the truth of our oneness. Sometimes these languages can seem very remote from daily life, so I can find myself alone traversing the ground between brain and heart. In 7 Days to Forget, an ever-present character is Ms. Abby who acts as a loving guide, sharing the wisdom of the ancestors. As I read this book, I became aware of a magical connection between the stories on the pages and what was happening in 'real' time. I had my own Ms. Abby in Brown and Jones, who held my hand and whispered in my ears, connecting me deeply and directly to their sacred teachings.

I'm grateful to be able to encourage each of you to open your hearts to the knowing that arrives through this book, one story and character at a time. These words speak to the child inside you who has never forgotten the agreements you made, choosing your path to healing and service in this lifetime.

Prepare to remember."
--Rev. Donna Belt, Interfaith Minister
