Phiwokuhle is a South African-American academic appointed jointly in the departments of African Studies and World Languages at Howard University. He is an expert on Africa-China relations. He consults governments on culture, language, and geo-strategy. He is also the author of 502 ZULU VERBS and bestseller 251 ZULU VERBS, the first comprehensive conjugation references of their kind. He holds a BA, MIAA, MA, and a PhD.
