About the Author

MORTON WAGMAN is Professor Emeritus of Psychology at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Wagman is the originator of the PLATO computer-based Dilemma Counseling System, internationally used at colleges and universities for research, service, and instructional purposes. His research on computer counseling has been published widely in scientific and proessional jourbanals. Dr. Wagman's most recent books are Computer Psychotherapy Systems and The Dilemma and the Computer (Praeger, 1984).
