About the Author

A couple in real life as well as work, Günter Overmann and Gabriele Kosack started out their artistic careers in theater: Gabriele as an actress. Now writing full-time, they are both novelists and scriptwriters for German television, currently working for the most successful series on European TV—Sturm der Liebe—and developing new shows for various German networks.

Gabriele’s novel Am liebsten alle zusammen is available in German language only. A Dance in the Ashes was written in partnership, and is their first to be translated and published in English.
