Razorback basketball star, Tyler McCall was headed for the pros when a devastating knee injury caused by a teenage drunk driver, ended his career. Struggling with his anger, he has come back to the small community in southeast Arkansas, where it all happened. He came to visit his grandparents, to let his shattered knee heal, and to see someone pays for the pain he has endured.
When seventeen year old Jennifer "Jenny" Reynolds almost runs into Tyler for a second time, she tells him her name is Jenny and she scouts cotton for his grandparents.
