Author Katy Foster designed the study for girls (for her own two daughters initially) to practice and learn to seek God first. Girls need guidance to find their help from God and from the Bible on how to walk into Godly womanhood. Ideal for girls ages 8 to 13, when girls are pulled in their search for truth and acceptance. Scripture is paralleled with life issues girls must face and understand, such as courage, love, and family. The study examines how King David dealt with honesty, loneliness, friends, sadness, and fear. Through personal devotions to homeschool Bible curriculum to group study, girls are guided to grasp salvation amidst stress and worry, and have grateful hearts, desiring to worship God.
