Irene Kraegel, Psy D, is a licensed clinical psychologist who serves as director of the Center for Counseling and Wellness at Calvin University. She has worked as a counselor within numerous settings, including psychiatric inpatient, school, community mental health, private practice, and higher education. Dr. Kraegel facilitates mindfulness groups for college students and church groups who are interested in pursuing mindfulness practice within a Christian framework.
