A Noble Enforcement is a book about laying the seeds for the ideas behind the Magna Carta and a short bio of the Twenty-Five barons who were chosen to enforce the ideas of the document. Although the enforcement fails, the ideas remain for forging liberty through and into the writing of the U.S. Constitution.
