About the Author

Rick Rossing was born on an Air Force base in Louisiana, and has lived in California, South Dakota, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Oklahoma. He now resides in Connecticut with his wife and son, both of whom are fans of his work; and a dog, who couldn't care less.
He is the author of two series, The Umea Bakearen and The Dragons of Phelios, as well as several short stories. When he's not writing, he enjoys crafting with duct tape, cooking, drawing, mapmaking, and singing.
