Bianca Jackson is an elementary educator with a background in counseling at-risk youth and children/teens facing mental and behavioral health challenges. Through her writings, she hopes to offer guidance to those navigating similar experiences-helping them better understand how to manage their feelings and emotions. Equally important, she aims to equip loved ones with the knowledge and understanding needed to support individuals living with emotional and/or mental disabilities.
