His career spans more than thirty years in financial services, banking, insurance, and consulting. He has held leadership positions at American Express, Chase Manhattan Bank, TIAA-CREF, Citi, Penn Mutual, Monster Worldwide, and Blue Panda Interactive. In these roles, he’s led business growth and digital channel strategies, revenue generation, expense reengineering, and the improvement of customer-centric experiences. His areas of expertise include marketing, digital transformation, website and mobile design, customer acquisition, data analytics, corporate communications, and social media.

Teams under his leadership have been recognized with a Telly Award (for the TV documentary Rugby Rising); ranked 3rd in kasina’s Top 5 Social Media Leaders in Asset Management; dubbed a leader in social media in the retirement industry by the Retirement Income Journal and the Executive Retirement Round Table; awarded a Mutual Fund Education Alliance STAR Award; received a Web Marketing Association WebAward for outstanding achievement in website development; and garnered an iNOVA Bronze Award for home page redesign.
