Alien, Inc. by Peter Ackers

When a plane crossing the Serengeti desert is forced to land due to malfunction, the passengers manage to find refuge at a large satellite tracking facility. It's big and sophisticated and it's got all they need: hot and cold running water, comfy beds, and a large fence to keep the predators out. But they're about to discover that the deadliest animals are on the inside. Something from out there where the satellites roam has become trapped here, and it's turned all the staff into mutated zombies. For the eleven survivors of the plane crash, that big old fence keeping the predators out has turned their safe haven into a prison. And they're serving a death sentence.

This book was about 240ish pgs. Nice story about an alien turning people into monsters. Overall 3.5. ***spoiler at times the writer gets names confused. Needs some editing. When he switches between groups it can be a little confusing. Towards the end wasn't sure why that the lurkers didn't protect Rick and the baby instead of letting people get near them, since it was already controlling Maria. Not sure why Rick killed the kid unless he was mad or finally realized it was an Alien. The rich guy driving all around made no sense, where did he get gas and food for that long. The scene with Jack and Lisa was just dumb who thinks about sex when you have monsters trying to kill you. Also did the "lurkers " and Lewis return to normal ? Or did they still look like monsters??
