Reviewed by: Karina Book provided by: Publisher Review originally posted at Romancing the Book I’m into Contemporary genre lately that’s why I decided to review one this month. I should say that I wasn’t expecting how the story turned out. If you read the blurb, it talks about second chance on love, you expect romance and steamy scenes all over but that’s not all. There’s also suspense and action going on which made the story more interesting. Grace is one tough woman. She lived to protect her most precious sister. She’s strong but she always felt like she has to prove something to everybody especially her parents. I think this is the first time I became less fond of the main character as the story went on. At first, I can totally understand and feel Grace’s struggles. But I have to question some of her decisions. On the other hand, Nikolai is someone you’ll hate when you first meet him. He’s arrogant and secretive. His being secretive is one of the reasons why Grace doesn’t trust him. Unlike Grace, I liked Niko more as I’ve gotten to know him. It’s good to see his other sides and knowing Grace wasn’t the only one who was hurting made me feel for him. Grace and Nikolai’s relationship is a roller coaster. They have the same argument over and over which is very tiring to read. Every time there’s a scene like that, I think to myself, “Stop! Just be together already!” The flow of the story is a bit slow. It was going around the bush and the focus of the story was wavering. Overall, All the Way is about love and trust. It was a fun read which made my heart raced. Maybe you can give this a chance.
