Melissa Hatwig is a world traveler and a lover of art, home organization, and oceanfront sunrises. Melissa calls Myrtle Beach, South Carolina home with her husband, three boys, two cats, a dog, a snake, and a tortoise.

About the Artist:
Kathleen Halpin Canning has produced most of her work in oils, taking her landscape inspiration from the foothills of Northern California where she lived for many years. Recognition of Kathleen's art includes a first place at the Columbia College Art Show as well as awards at the Calaveras County Fair Professional Art Exhibition for First Place, Best in Division, and Best in Show, She was also the recipient of the Dorner Scheuller Award bestowed by fellow artists for overall excellence. Kathleen does drawings in graphite and charcoal in addition to having rendered commissioned portraits in both oil and graphite for clients in London, Boston, and San Francisco.
